Shipping and handling charges are designed to compensate Danish Design, Inc for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering these items to you. Most products displayed on our Site are available by the various manufacturers we work with. However, in some cases, merchandise, wood and fabric options displayed for sale on our Site may no longer be available due to discontinuation by the manufacturer or other factors. The prices displayed on our site are quoted in US dollars.

Danish Design, Inc has made every possible effort to accurately display the colors of the fabrics and finishes of our products that appear on this Site. However, as the actual colors you see are dependent on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Danish Design, Inc reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). Unless otherwise stated, the term "Finish" when applied to case goods, implies either solid or real wood veneer construction.

Natural wood furniture is made from the naturally occurring color and grain of the wood. Because this wood is not normally stained or dyed, Danish Design, Inc cannot control what the color or grain structure of the furniture will look like. When trying to match two pieces of furniture we ask that you keep in mind that an exact match in color is nearly impossible, as no two trees are alike. Natural wood as it tans, does become more uniform in color and takes on a more uniform hue. The amount of light and whether the light is natural or artificial will determine how fast the wood tans.

Danish Design, Inc accepts the following credit cards as payment for online purchases: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.

The delivery charge does not include assembly either before or upon delivery, unless specially agreed upon before delivery. The additional assembly charge varies depending upon the product or products to be delivered.

Customers must ensure the room is clear of all furniture prior to the arrival of the delivery staff. Please note the delivery staff is not authorized or insured to handle any furniture other than merchandise sold by Danish Design, Inc.

All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges and/or cancellations are not permitted when purchasing through the online shopping cart.
